How do I manage my subscription?

Inside of your Praymate app you can go to Profile → Settings → Subscriptions to manage your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's subscription settings (see above). Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes you can. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund any time for your current billing period. Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store according to their refund policy.

How does the PRAYBLOCK feature work?

PRAYBLOCK uses your device's built-in Family Controls to temporarily block distracting apps during your prayer time, until you complete your current prayer. You choose which apps to block and when, and you can always update your selections at any time. We don't access or collect any data from your apps.
